I like your idea and how you have different variations of panels. I don’t know if you thought about this, but it would be a nice touch to add. Maybe when she’s having the conversation on the phone, you can make the type a slightly different font? Just so we have a clear understanding that it’s the other person on the end talking. Also you could try playing around with some of the sounds you have included in your comic (ie. Bammm sound at the end) and bring them out of the panels. Make them larger and play around with it like making the words jump completely out of the panels to make us feel how loud/dramatic it is.
